Liquids
are better! That isn't a concept that is hard for most people to
understand considering our bodies are 83% water. Everything we eat is the
same, mostly water. Water is the universal solvent of life,
providing the basis to blend and associate the elements that are
literally; everything we are Clean, pure water is the place we start
to assemble the life giving natural chemical compounds that make up our
supplements. These are the supplements that have made T. J. Clark a
name synonymous with quality and effectiveness around the World.
The benefits of liquids are many and they transcend
the obvious. Besides the obvious benefit of allowing you to avoid
taking the twenty or thirty pills that many reputable MD'S recommend you
take in a typical anti-aging regimen, you are far more likely to get the
amounts of each element you paid for. Consider this: Many
elements are required only in trace amounts, amounts measured in
micrograms (one millionth of a gram). A typical capsule contains
about one million micrograms or one gram of material. Look at the
size of a 1000 mg capsule of Vitamin C for comparison. If you see an
ingredient on the label that is measured in micrograms, you might ask
yourself, "self, how did they get that tiny amount of stuff evenly
distributed in that big pill" Imagine taking one teaspoonful of
baking powder and mixing it with 176 pounds of flour. Mix it really
well because now you are going to put it in 80,000 capsules and you must
have exactly the same amount of baking soda in each capsule. If you
are inclined to believe that this magic mixing machine exists, then I
suggest you run down the lab and have your pill checked for content. Some
pills actually do have exact micro amounts in them but have you checked
their price tag? There is a very big difference in the quality of
nutritional supplements just as there is with everything else. There
is usually a very good reason that the supplement you are taking doesn't
work even though you can't see it.
